Did you know that Nigerians in Diaspora and specifically in U.S.A have the most Bachelors, Masters and PHD degrees in the nation? While this is a huge accomplishment, it hasn’t manifested as Nigerians in Diaspora have failed to create strong academic and professional networks. In addition, the country of Nigeria suffers from a deep brain drain, as the most educated individuals like you and I, leave the country to seek education, and work abroad, never to return and bring back the same knowledge and skills they learned abroad, to cultivate the intellectual fibers of the nation.

As a result, the main purpose of the conference is to unite Nigerians in higher education across the nation, to help students with resources and aids that will increase their academic and professional assets.
